Rosewood Repertory is a non-profit theatre organization based out of Blytheville, Arkansas, and is dedicated to enriching the community through the art of live performances. Our passion for storytelling and artistic expression drives us to produce captivating shows that inspire, entertain, and provoke thought. Through our commitment to excellence, we aim to create a welcoming space where diverse voices are celebrated and creative talents are nurtured. Meet Our Team

At Rosewood Repertory, our team is comprised of dedicated individuals who share a deep love for the performing arts. From seasoned directors and talented actors to visionary designers and committed volunteers, each member plays a vital role in bringing our productions to life. Together, we strive to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued. Get to know the creative minds behind the scenes who make our theatrical endeavors possible.

A Little About Our:

President

Kaitlyn is a 24 year old cosmetologist from Mountain Home, AR, but she currently resides in Manila, AR with her husband and two sons. Kaitlyn is the founder, owner, and president of Rosewood Repertory (est. September 2025). This company was built on the dream of providing theatrical experiences to a town that needs the performing arts in their community.
 

On stage experience includes singing on the praise team in church, Playing Annie in Annie (2011), Narrator in Aladdin Jr. (2015), Vivian in Oklahoma! (2016) Kenosha in TRAP (2018) Ensemble and Dancer in Cinderella (2019) Florinda in Arkansas State University’s production of Into the Woods (2019) and Centerstage Productions’ Rock of Ages as Joey Primo (2021). Kaitlyn has also worked on other shows such as #VIRAL as the Stage Manager (2017), James and the Giant Peach as the Assistant Stage Manager (2017), a Spotlight Operator in Emma! A Pop Musical (2018) the Sound Design and Technician in Our Place (2018), part of the Stage Crew for The 39 Steps (2018) the Child Wrangler for The King and I (2018), the Stage Manager for Skinflints and Scoundrels (2019), part of the Costume/ Makeup Crew for Arkansas State University’s Fringe Festival (2020), CenterStage Productions’ Child Wrangler for High School Musical Jr. (2022), Assistant Director for their production of Seussical Jr. (2023) Director of Studio 42 & Co.’s production of Annie (2024), and the Assistant Director of their most recent production of the Wizard of Oz (2025).
 

Kaitlyn has served on several nonprofit boards including CenterStage Productions as the Kids Director (1 year), and Studio 42 & Co.’s President (2 years).
 

Some of Kaitlyn’s theatre awards include an Excellent Rating at Arkansas State Thespian Festival (2019), a Superior Rating for Solo Musical at Arkansas State Thespian Festival (2018) , an Excellent rating at International Thespian Festival (2019), part of the All State Crew for Sound Design and Technical work (2018), and part of the All State Crew for Stage Management (2019).

Without God, my husband, family, and all these other board members being by my side as I create this magic, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I hope the community is ready, because our first show is in 2026 and it’s very whimsical!”
